Meet the Staff at Madura Family Dental, LLC
Debbie Huber – Office Manager
Born and raised in central Illinois, I’ve spent my adult life working with the public- from the auction business to the dental industry. I’ve learned a lot over the years. Two things I know that people want and need – information and personal attention. At Madura Family Dental, I feel that we provide these to our patients along with outstanding care. We strive to answer all questions to the best of our ability. We want to empower our patients when it comes to their dental care through education and information, giving everyone the respect they deserve. If you’re a current patient in our office, we look forward to seeing you at your next appointment. If you are considering our office as your dental home, we hope to hear from you soon!
Heather Rivest – Schedule Coordinator
I have been with Madura Family Dental for over 4 years but in the dental field for over 8 years all together. Typically, I will be the first one you will see when you come into our office or the first person you will talk to when you call. I enjoy getting to know our patients and greeting each one with a warm welcoming smile. Making sure our patients feel at ease and comfortable as soon as they walk in the door is my first priority. I want each of our patients to know and feel that they will be well cared for in our practice. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my 8 year old son and taking him fishing.
Debbie Judy – Dental Assistant
I began my dental career after graduating from the Parkland College Dental Assisting Program in 1987. After being employed with Dr. Madura for 7 years, I left the practice to stay home and raise a family. I was happy to rejoin the practice a few years ago and enjoy assisting the doctors, making sure our patients are comfortable. In my spare time, I love to bake and spend time with my two sons.
Julie Corley – Dental Assistant
I have been with Madura Family Dental for over 10 years. After graduating from the U of I in 1985, I began my career as an elementary teacher. One summer, a dentist friend of mine encouraged me to join his practice as his assistant. I fell in love with dentistry and have now been in the dental field on and off for over 30 years! Making sure our patients feel welcomed and at ease the minute they walk in the door is my top priority. You can usually find me helping assist the doctors or doing lab work. I enjoy getting to know our patients and learning about their lives and families. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my son/daughter in law and traveling.
Rachel Isaac – Registered Dental Hygienist
I graduated from the Parkland Dental Hygiene Program in 1996 and have been with Madura Family Dental for over 20 years. While treating patients, I always take into consideration the patient’s health and comfort while focusing on preventive dental therapy. I enjoy educating our patients by helping them understand the importance of their oral health. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two sons. I also enjoy seeking out treasures at flea markets, garage sales, and going to the covered bridge festival each year.
Angela Roderick – Registered Dental Hygienist
I graduated from the Parkland Dental Hygiene program in 2003 and immediatly began working for our practice. After nearly 15 years in the dental field, I am still passionate about patient care/education and truly enjoy interacting and building trusting relationships with each of my patients. I look forward to treating our current patients and embrace the opportunity to introduce and welcome new patients into our practice as well. In my free time, I enjoy traveling and spending time with my husband and two beautiful children.
Tina Barber – Registered Dental Hygienist
I graduated from the Parkland Dental Hygiene Program in 2014. Prior to joining Madura Family Dental, I was a Hygienist at Dr. Binch’s office for 4 years.
I enjoy staying current with continuing dental education classes so that I can better help maintain my patients’ dental oral hygiene. I pride myself in treating each person as an individual and giving them the best treatment I can while educating them on the importance of good dental health. I also like to have fun while keeping in mind that my patients are comfortable and cared for.
In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with my family and friends, fishing, and cheering on my favorite basketball team, the UK Wildcats!
